The Patek Philippe references 4907, 4908 and 4909 represent the earliest evolution of the Twenty~4 collection, expanding upon the manufacture's first watch designed exclusively for women. Introduced in the early 2000s, these references retained the collection's distinctive Art Deco-inspired manchette case and integrated bracelet while introducing more compact proportions and increasingly luxurious executions. Powered primarily by high-precision quartz movements, the 4907 and 4908 were offered in elegant precious metal configurations, while the 4909 elevated the collection into the realm of haute joaillerie with spectacular diamond-set and gem-set creations, including rare manually wound high jewellery editions.

Produced in white gold and rose gold, with a wide variety of dial, gemstone and bracelet combinations, the 4907, 4908 and 4909 demonstrated the versatility of the original Twenty~4 concept.
