Patek Philippe 5975
The Patek Philippe reference 5975 is one of the manufacture's rarest and most distinctive commemorative chronographs, created to celebrate the 175th anniversary of Patek Philippe in 2014. Produced as a limited edition, the 5975 features a multi-scale chronograph display with pulsometer, tachymeter and telemeter scales, giving the watch a unique and highly technical appearance unlike any other contemporary Patek Philippe chronograph. Powered by the automatic in-house Calibre CH 28-520, incorporating a column wheel and vertical clutch, the movement delivers precise chronograph performance while allowing the central chronograph seconds hand to run continuously if desired.
Limited to just 400 examples in each of yellow gold, white gold and rose gold, together with only 100 examples in platinum, the reference 5975 is among the most collectible modern Patek Philippe limited editions. Its balanced 40mm case, elegant dial architecture and historical significance as part of the manufacture's 175th Anniversary Collection have established the 5975 as a landmark reference, admired for its rarity, technical innovation and celebration of one of the world's most prestigious watchmakers.
